As an HR Intern, you'll be part of a team that's shaping the future of HR in Bali. You'll work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and digital branding.

In your first few weeks, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, from assisting with recruitment drives to helping create engaging content for our digital platforms. You'll also have the chance to work on real projects, gaining valuable experience and insights into the HR field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Help create and manage digital content for our HR platforms, including social media and company website.
• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR events and activities.
• Help with data entry and analysis to support HR decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Canva.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Bali-based or willing to relocate to Bali.
• Enthusiasm and passion for HR and the advertising industry.
