📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, execute, and close out OSP projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress using tools like AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site supervisors.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSP project management.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali.
• Proficient in using project management software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
