📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and other IT equipment.,Maintain and update IT documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and network diagrams.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems, software, and hardware.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.,Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
