📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the center's high standards are consistently met.
• Manage and mentor a team of wellness professionals, including therapists, trainers, and support staff.
• Coordinate daily schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and staff.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using software like QuickBooks or similar.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and feedback, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Implement and monitor wellness programs, ensuring they align with the center's mission.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the wellness or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of wellness industry trends, tools, and software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as Wellness Coaching or Hospitality Management, is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
