📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.,Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.,Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and candidate information.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
