📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies is a plus.
