As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about event management and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet events, including decorating, table settings, and equipment setup.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the event and the venue.,Serve food and beverages to guests during the event, ensuring high standards of presentation and service.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure that all event logistics are managed efficiently.,Clean and reset banquet areas after the event, ensuring that everything is in order for the next event.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety guidelines.,Provide excellent customer service to both guests and staff, ensuring a positive event experience.,Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting any shortages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or similar roles is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination is an advantage.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
