📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of assigned area.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.,Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
