📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to customers and retailers.,Develop and maintain efficient distribution routes to optimize delivery times and costs.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our distribution network.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of orders.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution performance and address any issues.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution management and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.,Familiarity with the local market and distribution networks in Kalimantan Barat is a plus.
