📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciling accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain financial records to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial advice and support to department heads and management on financial matters.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
