📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
  • Coordinate vehicle schedules and routes to ensure efficient utilization.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with service providers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Valid driver's license.
