📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process food and beverage transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Manage cash handling and ensure proper cash reconciliation.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role in the F&B industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
