📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a fleet of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational standards.
• Optimize delivery routes using advanced route planning tools and software.
• Monitor and analyze driver performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of drivers and the integrity of our fleet.
• Conduct regular fleet maintenance inspections and schedule repairs as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet performance, including vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and driver behavior.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet and driver management, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team of drivers and optimizing delivery routes.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
