📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests at the bar, floor, and cashier stations
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and cocktails with precision and creativity
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier, ensuring a smooth checkout experience
• Assist in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and dishwashing, to support the culinary team
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of service and a positive guest experience
• Uphold the restaurant’s policies and procedures, promoting a respectful and professional work environment
• Stay updated on menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a bar, restaurant, or similar setting
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
• Basic Indonesian language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
• Willingness to travel and work in multiple locations across Bali
