📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel's amenities and services.,Process reservations and manage room assignments.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in organizing and participating in events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role (preferred but not required).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
