As a Junior Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and providing financial analysis.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.,Monitor and reconcile bank and cash accounts.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
