📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, research, and engage with potential KOLs and influencers to build relationships and partnerships.
• Develop and implement KOL marketing strategies to promote Cimory Group products and services.
• Create and manage content calendars and campaigns for KOLs and influencers.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all KOL campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to showcase campaign results and insights.
• Provide support to the marketing team in other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva is a plus.
• Passionate about digital marketing and influencer culture.
