You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior tax consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations and laws.
  • Developing and implementing tax strategies that optimize clients' financial positions.
  • Managing and mentoring junior tax consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Conducting tax planning and compliance audits for clients.
  • Preparing and filing tax returns, including corporate and individual tax returns.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Representing the company in tax-related matters, both internally and externally.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor junior tax consultants.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective tax strategies.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
