📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Develop and maintain operational manuals and procedures.,Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
