Klinik Indra Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a leading coffee and beverage company. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer experience in our retail outlets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales.,Assist in the development of sales training materials and programs.,Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role in the F&B industry.,Strong understanding of coffee and beverage products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
