Diamond Go Jaya is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and dining experiences to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to handle customer complaints and feedback.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
