📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail stores, supermarkets, and other distribution channels.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Promote and sell products effectively, both in-store and online.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends, products, and competition.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
