🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or similar roles.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent in the US market.,Strong understanding of the US job market, including industry trends, salary benchmarks, and cultural nuances.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with recruitment software, tools, and platforms is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
