📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and provide information about our tea products.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the cash register and product display areas.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and cash handling.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure adequate product availability.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or cashier role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying products.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and processes.,Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
