📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with premier clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.,Monitor client performance and provide regular feedback and reports to management.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.,Represent Adecco at client meetings and events, promoting our services and building brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the offshore or outsourcing industry.,Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
