Cybalink Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator (Electrical) to join our team. This is a remote position based in Bali, with the flexibility to work from anywhere within the specified locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical quantity surveying and estimating, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and efficient project estimates.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for electrical projects.,Conduct quantity surveys and prepare detailed reports for project progress and cost control.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely project information.,Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities to ensure compliance with project requirements.,Prepare and present cost reports, financial forecasts, and other relevant financial information to project stakeholders.,Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and opportunities to optimize project performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in electrical quantity surveying and estimating.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and estimating, with a focus on electrical projects.,Proven track record of delivering accurate and efficient project estimates.,Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for quantity surveying and estimating.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required.
