📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and opportunities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to design and facilitate engaging and effective training sessions.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
