📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement learning and development programs tailored to meet the specific needs of our teams in Makassar and across Indonesia.
• Develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve our learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning programs with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our programs are cutting-edge and relevant.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.
• Monitor and evaluate training budget and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on commercial or corporate training.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Docebo, or Cornerstone.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
