📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of gardens, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
• Maintain and clean pool areas, including chemical balancing, skimming, and vacuuming.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all staff and guests.
• Assist in organizing and participating in community events and maintenance projects.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment usage.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and residents.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in garden and pool maintenance.
• Familiarity with basic garden tools and pool maintenance equipment.
• Knowledge of chemical balancing and pool safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
