Head of Contract Execution

ADM Asia-Pacific Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Head of Contract Execution to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring seamless execution and compliance across our operations. As the Head of Contract Execution, you will lead a high-performing team, driving efficiency and excellence in contract management.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to termination, ensuring that all contracts are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that contracts are negotiated, drafted, reviewed, and executed in a timely manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to termination
• Lead a team of contract specialists, providing guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Negotiate and draft contracts with external parties
• Review and approve contracts for execution
• Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract execution

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management or a related field
• Proven track record of leading contract teams and driving efficiency
• Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in using contract management software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Certification in contract management or a related field is a plus
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
