As an L2 SOC Analyst, your daily tasks will include monitoring security alerts, conducting in-depth investigations, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve security incidents. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor security alerts and investigate potential security incidents using SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of security events to determine the nature and scope of incidents.
• Escalate critical incidents to Tier 1 SOC Analysts or incident response teams as needed.
• Document incident details, including root causes, remediation steps, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve security incidents and prevent their recurrence.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
• Participate in security drills and exercises to improve incident response capabilities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our SOC processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Tier 2 SOC Analyst or similar role.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CEH are a plus.
• Strong understanding of security information and event management (SIEM) concepts and tools.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence platforms and incident response frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
