📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize financial processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's overall business objectives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement financial solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in CPA or CFA is a plus.
