📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain and enhance property facilities.
• Manage and maintain property records, including maintenance logs, guest feedback, and operational reports.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure timely and efficient upkeep of property facilities.
• Collaborate with property managers, housekeepers, and other staff to create a welcoming and efficient environment for guests.
• Monitor and control property expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, property operations, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yieldstar, HotelPro, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance protocols, safety regulations, and best practices in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for property inspections and site visits.
