📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Conduct regular store audits to assess product placement, inventory levels, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor merchandising staff to ensure consistent application of best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and retail innovations to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align merchandising strategies with promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to merchandising and retail operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
- Strong knowledge of retail software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in retail merchandising or a related field is a plus.
