📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive education programs aligned with national and international standards.
• Oversee curriculum development and ensure its alignment with educational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to drive educational innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among educators.
• Manage a budget for education programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Represent the foundation at national and international education conferences and forums.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and national educational institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in education program development and management.
• Proven track record of leading innovative education initiatives.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using educational management software such as Google Classroom and Canvas LMS.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field preferred.
